Havig an ancestrous  catholic heritage the people of the Parish of L F Church  had been trying to establish a school in Kulathur for decades and the dream came true with its starting as a UP School in 1968 with 57  students (in the 5th standard) and 2 teachers . The first manager was Rev.Fr.Thomas Puthenparampil and the first Headmaster was Sri. Vakan M. Varghese.It was upgraded to High School In 1984 and was dissolved in the Changanacherry Corporate Management of Schools in 1990.

The silver jubilee was celebrated in 2009. A 'Silver Jubilee Hall' in the upstair with the help of the parish, former students,corporate management, staff of the school and a wellwisher who contributed the major part of the fund is the major attraction of the celebrations.Interschool drawing and quiz competitions were among the other activities and prizes distributed in the annual meeting.
