Oh Devine Teacher Jesus Christ who as a boy at Nazareth willed to be taught by Thy mother Mary and St.Joseph open my mind to receive Thy heavenly guidance. Oh saviour of world who has taught us the way of Life. I offer myself to Thee as a Christian Teacher. I dedicate all the faculties and strength of my soul and body to Thee in the service of those who are confided to me for instruction.

May I ever see Thy image in the children whom I teach. Never let any word or act of mine harm those whose angels ever behold the face of Thy Father in heaven. Give me share in Thy humility and strength, in Thy produce and courage and Thy patient, loving kindness.

Bless my labours, Devine master and bring me safely to heaven where surrounded by those whom I have taught by word and example I may bless these forever.
