OUR HEAVENLY  PATRON

            Little Flower  is our heavenly patron. She was born on  January 2nd 1873 in Alanson. Her father Louie Martin was a silk merchant. When she was 4 years old her mother expired. Within a short time Louie Martin changed his residence to Lisieux. There her elder sisters protected her. In her twelfth year she got a serious decease. 

            In 1883 May 13th the statue of ‘VijayaMatha’ gave her a smile and she became free from her decease at that moment. In her 15^th she wished to join with Carmelite sisters but she did not get the permission. Then she visited Holy Father and got permission to join with them. Thus she entered in Carmel convent and had her vestition on 10^th January 1889. In 8^th September1890 she had her first profession. After seven years she became sick. She had bore all the sufferings with Jesus Christ and saved souls. On 30^th September 1897 Little Flower joined with the heavenly coir. Her last words were these: “O My God, I Love You”. Now she showers blessings of God as roses on us.
