St.Alphonsa, the inspiring spirit behind

all our endeavours, the pride and joy of F.C.C.                                                                                                    congregation is the guiding light of St. Anne's G.H.S.S Her simplicity and suffering lead us forward. St.Alphonsa spent her novitiate in St.Joseph's Clarist Convent Changanacherry where our school shares its campus. St.Alphonsa's room where Blessed Chavara Kuriakose Elias appeared and cured of her illness is still kept here with all its simplicity and sanctity. We, the staff and students are blessed by that luminous star and she showers her grace abundantly on us. An ardent and devoted prayer group functions here and the children feel their Alphonsamma's living presence every now and then around them. They regard her as their mother, sister, and friend whom they can confide all their sorrows and hardships. She is there to expel the darkness from their mind and enrich them with inspiring thoughts of simplicity and suffering.
