World Environmental Day

World environmental day was observed on June 05 . The convener of the

Environmental club Smt. Salimma Thomas delivered the message Kum. Teena Tom

felicitated the function . Saplings were distributed to all the pupils .

Anti Tobacco Day

Anti Tobacco Day was observed on June 16 . Mr. Thomas Chacko led the programme. The leader

Of the anti tobacco club took oath for the entire school.

The Day of Reading – June 19

The celebrations lasted for a week . the readings from the holy books of different

religions were conducted competitions were held for quiz and essay.The selected teachers

delivered the message on each day. On the closing day the headmaster himself felicitated

and Sister. Jess Mary  gave the message.

St.Thomas Day

St.Thomas Day was observed on July 3 . Rev. Fr Roji Vallayil delivered the message,

Commemorating the missions of St. Thomas.

Hiroshima Day

The social science club led the observation of the day on August 16

The pupils of different classes came forward with anti war posters and collages that had

Messages inscribed in them,  Smt. Minimol J Maniamchira delivered the message.

Independence Day

The celebration began on August  13 . The representatives from pupils and teachers spoke

on the occasion . In his message the Headmaster urged to safeguard the independence that

we got through the strenuous struggles of our elders

Onam Celebaration

The onam celebration were held on August 24 . All the conventional competitions like

breaking of the earthen pot , plucking of the tail etc. Were held. The most curious  item

was the competition held for Mahabali the real emperor who was to visit kerala on

Thiruvonam. Each house prepared their own Mahabali . It was really a visual  feast when

Mahabali from each class lined up to the stage. The sweet payasam was the another attraction

of the day. Our beloved manager Rev. Fr John Manakunnel blessed it and the headmaster gave

the message

Hindi Day

The hindi day was observe on September 14. The headmaster himself made the introductory speech.

Smt. Minimol Mathew gave the message. A quiz competition was held on afternoon for the pupils of high school .

World Space Week Celebration

With the direction of VSSC  we celebrated WSW from October 4 to 10. The celebrations of each day started with the

message of pupils frpm each class and the competitions in the after noon . The competitions hels their quiz, essay,

poster and debate . The sincere participations of the students made each competition a grand success. Our quiz team

participated in the regional science quiz of VSSC held at Ernakulam and emerged 5th .The concluding cremony on 10th

October after noon. A fullfledged debate on the topic \" space makes human life more secure\" was the attraction of the

function. Four pupils spoke for and four pupils spoke against. The debate was inaugurated by the headmaster

Sri. Jose Pious . V and the sponser of the science club Mr. Josephkunju was the moderator
