| The major aim of the club is to instill and foster the scientific aptitude in students. Last year we conducted scinex a science exhibition under its auspices. |
| Oratory and Debating |
| Debate competitions are conducted on Fridays to develop presentation and articulation skills in students. Even weaker students are trained to face an audience. |

'Vayanakkoottam'

| 'Vayanakkoottam' or Readers club is organized in association with the National Book Trust, Govt. of India and D C Books Kottayam. Under this programme students prepare book reviews. |

| Literary Club |
| The club conducts training and classes on poem composing, essay writing, dictionary preparation etc. |
| Tourism Club |
| Ours is one of the few schools which have a Tourism club, set up under District Tourism Promotion Council, Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala. The club takes up a number of innovative activities like Meet the Foreign guests, Tourism surveys, Seminars and quizzes |
| Entrepreneurship Development Club(EDC) |
| This club is giving encouragement to students in entrepreneurial activities. Tours are arranged to various Business centres. |
| National Service Scheme /span> |
| The activities of NSS facilitate the department of the student?s personality. It undertakes the construction and repairing of houses, cleaning of roads and other social activities. The students even get bonus marks for their active participation. |
| Study Tours And Picnics |

Reputable science establishments work experience centres and places of historical importance students themselves arrange the tours In order to get a refreshing diversion from the routine of school life a study tour was arranged on 25th Sept. 2011. The tour destination was Thenmala Dam. Palaruvi Waterfalls and Konni Elephant training were also included. Almost all the students and teachers from Plus Two section, participated in the tour program. Sir luxury coaches are arranged and most of the coordination work were done by the students themselves. The tour team started at 6am and reached back at 9pm. It was really a unforgettable experience for the students. |
| Tutorial System and Remedial Teaching |
| This is a scheme designed for week students. They stay back after regular school hours for remedial coaching under the supervision of teachers. |
| Quiz Club |
| Weekly quiz competitions are conducted with the specific objective of enriching general awareness and giving the students a competitive edge. |
| Film Club |
| World classics are shown through this club, with the aid of the LCD projector. |
| Counseling and Life Guidance |
| Adolescence is a period of stress and strain. The Counselling centre helps those students with personal problems such as depression, anxiety and loneliness. Trained and experienced teachers render their services. The counselling centre in the school is recognized by DHSE, Govt.of kerala.The personal counselling by trained teachers help the students to realize their innate potential and to resolve the problems that they confront. The teachers understand the students? problems and help them to handle it effectively.Counselling instills in them plenty of confidence and fortitude to face new challenges and triumph in their chosen areas.The School sustains the development of all facets of the mind culminating in an intellectual and balanced personality. |

| A prayer circle is conducted on every Fridays under the guidance of the sisters. All the catholic students actively participate in its programmes. |
