In order to secure on that is best in the education of our children, maximum co-operation between parents/guardians and school authorities is desired. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that the children prepared their lessons daily and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school. Occasional visits to the school and checking the notes and composition books of your wards are very useful to improve their studies. Parents should feel free to discuss with their children, their studies and life in the school. |
Parents are particularly expected to fill in the required data, to sign the progress reports or any other similar documents when so requested. Failure to do so, may put your children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home. |
Parents are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address at the earliest. |
When communicating with the Head of the Institution, the parents / guardians are requested to mention in their letters to the class of their children.

Criticism of the teachers of the school in the presence of your children should be avoided because it may make them loose respect for their teachers. Should you have a legitimate complaint, please see the Head of the Institution as early as possible. Anonymous letters and phone calls are not welcome.

Parents / Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Head of the Institution.

Parents / Guardians are requested to contact the teachers in their “Off” periods for which an appointment should be arranged before hand. But on no account will they be allowed to go to the class rooms and meet the teachers.

Parents / Guardians should not fail to attend the classwise PTA meeting the date of which will be duly communicated. |
Parents / Guardians are not allowed to write anything in the progress report. Parents are required to come to the school and sign the report cards. |
Parents / Guardians are requested not to engage any of the staff members of this institution for private tuition. Our teachers are not expected to take private tuitions.Discouraging your children from participation in school functions, is not advisable because it retards their progress in school and minimize their respect for their regular hard work. |
Parents / Guardians must see that their children actively take part in all the school activities which are envisaged and executed in the best interest of the student body. |
There will be a class PTA following the publishing of the results of the termly examination. Parents are free to meet the class teacher and the subject teachers on that day and discuss with them the performance of their wards. |
As your children advance in age, guide them to become resourceful and useful members of both home and society. Encourage self help in work and study. They should be taught to keep the house neat and tidy, polish their own shoes, wash the plates at home etc. The formation of such habits early in life inculcates in them the idea of the dignity of work, a fundamental personal value for a successful life. |
If a pupil is likely to be absent due to illness for a specific period, the Head of the institution must be informed within two days. |
No student will be sent home even in urgent need unless a duly authorized person comes to the school to take him / her. |
Parents are requested to examine the nature of the auto or van drivers those who bring children to school by private means and to keep the address and phone numbers of those persons. The bio data along with two passport sized photographs have to hand over to the school authorities and frequent examination is needed to find any change or not |
Illness And Isolation

It is a matter of deep concern that parents send children suffering from infectious ailments to attend classes or examinations such conduct could result in an epidemic outbreak entire school. At the first sign of rash or fever, they should be medically examined and send to school only on the advice of a doctor. After recovery from an infectious ailment, a child should remain at home for a period of quarantine as advised by a doctor. On return to school parents are advised to produce a medical fitness certificate duly signed by a doctor should be submitted to the office. |

If a child come to school with infectious ailments, we inform the parents and he / she will be sent home and taxi fare will be charged from the parents / guardians. |
